Harborcreek Huskies Hockey Club Program Ad Booklet
All ad forms must be submitted before October 13, 2010. No ads will be accepted after that date. If you submit an order
without the money, you are responsible for the payment.
You cannot sell an ad to an individual or business that has purchased an ad from another current player in previous
years. The same players have the right to that sponsor for themselves or a sibling during their entire tenure with
Harborcreek Hockey. If you do sell an ad to another player’s sponsor, the previous year player will get credit for the ad.
Attached to this e-mail you will find a list of ads already credited to current players, as well as available sponsors due to
the graduation of any seniors or players leaving the club.
Due to the costs of producing the ad booklet, a small percentage of the player’s ad money will be kept by the
organization for the production of the booklet. This percentage is 15%. The remainder will be credited to the player’s
account. Please note that you cannot be credited money for registration for ads that have not been submitted,
approved, and paid. Therefore, you may have to make a payment for registration if you have not submitted any ads
before that time.
PLEASE note, ad monies may be turned in at any time prior to the October 13th deadline. The sooner, the better.
Attached to this e-mail is also a copy of an ad form for the 2010-2011 Harborcreek Hockey Booklet. If you have any
problems printing this form, contact me via e-mail and I will get them to you as soon as I am able.
